為推動國內金融科技創新發展，金管會除研擬《金融科技創新實驗條例》草案，並已提報行政院，也研擬了十大金融科技發展計畫，促進產業創新，包括擴大行動支付的運用及創新、鼓勵銀行與P2P網路借貸平台合作、建置基金網路銷售平台、打造數位網路購物化帳簿劃撥作業環境及身分識別服務中心，而至今（2017）年1月底，行動支付總交易金額達26.5億元。
金管會提出金融科技發展10大計畫，首先在擴大行動支付的運用及創新部分，金管會表示，至今年1月底，行動支付總交易金額達26.5億元，另國際發卡組織Visa與銀行合作將於近期推出醫療行動支付APP（醫指付），民眾可用手機支付醫藥費。
金管會也鼓勵銀行與P2P網路借貸平台合作，推動「鼓勵銀行與網路借貸平台業者合作」模式，於網路借貸平台業者不違反相關金融法令提前下，由銀行與網路借貸平台業者採轉投資或業務合作方式，推展網路借貸業務，共同發展創新且具效率的商業模式，適度降低參與者的相關風險。
另外，金管會也要促進群眾募資平台健全發展，截至今年1月底，已核准7家證券商，其中3家已開業，已辦理2家公司募資案，募1200萬元；創櫃板亦已協助101家公司籌資成功，籌資金額約16.04億元。
同時，鼓勵保險業開發FinTech大數據應用的創新商品，截至今年1月底，已核准26家保險業者包括13家壽險及13家產險開辦網路投保業務，保費收入7.72億元，投保件數79.6萬件，並核准任意汽車保險車聯網UBI保險商品及健康管理保險商品。
還有建置基金網路銷售平台，發展智能理財服務，由集保結算所及櫃買中心轉投資設立「基富通證券公司」建置以金融科技為核心的基金網路銷售平台，並已在去年10月14日上路，截至今年1月底交易申購金額19.44億元。
金管會也推動金融業積極培育金融科技人才，以因應金融科技發展，金融總會已設立「金融科技發展基金」，將協助金融科技的創新創業及培育金融科技人才，期能達成3年培育至少2000名以上學生及4000名以上相關產業人員的預期目標。
金管會也要打造數位化帳簿劃撥作業環境，自2016年12月28日起，投資人可免臨櫃辦理帳簿劃撥作業，並預計今年第1季完成手機證券存摺，建構網路化、行動化服務介面及直通式作業平台，打造資訊不落地自動化作業環境。
同時，推展分散式帳冊技術的應用研發，除國內產業、學界及研究機構已投入分散式帳冊技術的應用研發外，財金公司已於2016年9月成立金融區塊鏈平台，將國內45家金融機構納入「金融區塊鍵技術研究與應用委員會」，整合資源協助銀行共同發展金融區塊鏈技術的相關應用。
不僅如此，還要建立金融資安資訊分享與分析中心。金管會表示，資訊安全是金融科技發展的基本條件，預計於今年起建置金融資安資訊分享與分析中心，藉由資安威脅事件的處理經驗分享，提升金融機構及早因應與危機應變能，該中心將銀行、證券、期貨及保險業納入資安聯防體系，建立跨部會資安資訊分享機制，規畫於機制完備後移轉由中立的公司繼續維運。
此外，金管會也將打造身分識別服務中心，短期請金融相關公會組成推動小組，規畫由專業第三方機構建立身分識別服務中心，中期建立符合國際身分識別標準，訂定各類信物信賴等級的作業，長期拓展信物驗證類別，發展新興驗證機制。
（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北3日電）蘋果新款MacBook可望帶動鴻海組裝比重提升。分析師預期，鴻海集團組裝MacBook比重可提升到20%到25%，其中夏普（Sharp）和GIS-KY受惠最大。
凱基投顧分析師郭明錤出具最新報告預期，MacBook供應鏈不順問題，可在今年獲得大幅的改善，預期MacBook可望年成長約10%。
報告中指出，今年MacBook受惠配備OLED TouchBar的MacBook需求優於預期、加上英特爾（Intel）新平台KabyLake升級，帶動新機種換機需求。
從供應鏈來看，報告中指出，鴻海組裝MacBook比重可望略為提升，由去年的15%到20%，提升至今年的20%到25%。
郭明錤表示，鴻海組裝比重提升，除了有助降低iPhone占營收與獲利比重外，鴻海集團其他公司可望透過垂直整合提升零組件供應比重，包括面板、軟板、CMOS相機模組（CCM）、連接器與機殼等。
報告預期，透過鴻海集團組裝MacBook比重提升，其中夏普與GIS-KY將受惠最大。夏普將在今年第3季起進入MacBook供應鏈，預估夏普今年出貨MacBook面板量約200萬到300萬組。
從量產時間來看，郭明錤在日前報告中預測，新款12吋MacBook量產時間約今年第2季初，記憶體可能新增16GB選項。
此外，新款13吋與15吋MacBook Pro量產時間預期在今年第3季初；配備記憶體32GB的15吋MacBook Pro，量產時間估在今年第4季初，此款將是今年設計更動最大的機種。1060203
